Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for caregivers

I worked with Carina, a care matching site linking licensed caregivers with people on Medicare or Medicaid requiring in-home care. My team and I evaluated Carina’s platform with a DEI lens to identify and address opportunities for bias or discrimination.

The Seattle Coronavirus Assessment Network (SCAN) was a large-scale research project using data from free, take-at-home COVID-19 test kits to track the spread of Coronavirus. I worked to improve usability and user completion rates of the test kits.
